At Litchfield, IL on Nov 1, 2011, Respondek Railroad's new Illini Terminal Railroad System Company officially came into existence with the dedication of newly-repainted GP9 #1604 into Illinois Terminal RR's 1960s-era "football" scheme. Ceremony took place at city's industrial park at 10:00am. The new ITS serves North American Pipe Corp., which manufactures PVC pipe.
