It's a corn sheller.
A mystery wrapped in a enigma, hidden by a conundrum, covered by a riddle all presented in a puzzle package by JC! Thanks!
Very interesting!! All so nicely restored. It would have been nice if the owner put up a sign telling what this whatchamacallit is!!! Great puzzle!! Thanks Jim!!! :))))(time, 3:22)
I'm clueless. But, it "shore is pretty!" Thanks, JC!
This truly is a puzzle.
No idea, chickie! I didn't know much about what was going on or what all the contraptions were! I am sure there were hundreds of tractors, a few old cars, steam engines and steam tractors and many old machines for doing farm work! Some had names I have heard of but most either didn't have any info or names I never heard of! A really fun place for an amateur photographer! I'm going again next year and take MORE photos!
So jc, is this some sort of contraption for getting dry corn off the cop or what? I have seen a different kind that removes kernals.
