I will post the dish when they let me. I did a few veggies with everything else and added some fresh ginger sliced along with lemon grass some chicken stock to give a little moisture and let it cook off. Not bad and thank you for the suggestion since I had just brought home some fresh Florida pink shrimp hand caught. Not my hand.
You have just made my dinner selection this evening. I have the chili garlic sauce the lemon grass and I may add a splash of coconut milk to cool it down. Thank you Carol.
