You have a tool to set your computer back like it was before, but I can not good say this in English Denn. You find it in your windows help,

You can put your computersystem back in the past Denn, when it was working good, maybe that will help. It is so that you need Adobe flash player, strange that you can not get it.

What a wonderful puzzle, Willy. It would be great if you could put the flags of Europe (or some countries) in each spot. I don't know how you'd get them to fit or else I'd try to do it for you, but here's a nice link:

I have no problems here Denn, but last week I could not see all my puzzles, some where also a gray screen; Now is everything alright. There are sometimes little problems on Jigidi, but never for long.
Can you solve puzzles from other people?
