I just checked your profile, and it looks like you've posted many larger puzzles, at least one over 400, and the latest at 300, so I'm a little surprised now by your query. Do you mean that, since you posted the last one, nothing will jig larger? I don't know what to tell you. And you use Internet images, so I'm even more at a loss for advice, since I don't......

I wasn't kidding when I said I was the wrong person to ask. I never know what my puzzles are--out of the many, many hundreds I've posted, only 2 or 3, and those recently, have I ever checked the dimensions of and then tried to manipulate them. I just use Paint, and then post what I've made, period. I went back to Paint to look for the figures on this one just now, and it says 2969x2469. I honestly have no idea if that's referring to the same numbers you mean or not. And I did nothing to make it that size--just drew on the blank canvas provided by Paint. (And after having done just that for more than 6 months, for some reason the canvas changed dimensions, and the puzzle were jigging smaller. So the only way I knew how to make it go back was to take an old drawing that I knew had jigged larger, blank it out, and re-use that size canvas. I have that blank saved as "newest blank"--I really, really am not technically savvy!)

Did you check the notice from Jigidi that I mentioned below? Even if you didn't, the New Jigidi will be here tomorrow, and you can look at its new how-to info then. And you could also ask your question on one of the latest den1 puzzles--Denise is really knowledgeable about this, unlike me. I really don't have any more help to offer--a year ago I was asking people how to copy/paste--and when they told me to highlight something first, I had to ask how to do that, even!

But what size picture are you starting with when you create a new puzzle. I get 1800 x 1800 or even bigger and they never let me make them bigger than 220 pieces.

milehigh11, there's a new version of Jigidi that will be coming to you tomorrow. Those of us who bought stars have had a chance to work with it already, which is why I was able to make the puzzle this big--the new maximum size will be 540. There should have been a comment from Stefan and Magnus at the top of the Recent Puzzles page when you came on the site, and it has a link you can open that explains more about it. I'm the last person you should ask about technical details, I'm afraid! But the New Jigidi will have more info for you. If that still doesn't help, ask again and I'll ask some of my friends, like Den1, who know more about it, to help you more.

Thanks so much, chipchip--Santa is pleased that you're happy with it! :-)))

~WOW~ THIS CAME OUT GREAT! I LOVE THE PIECE COUNT & SUCH VIVID COLORS~:):):):)~ SANTA IS GOOD

for the creator. can you help on how you make the bigger puzzles. I get a picture at 1800 x 1800 and use to make puzzles bigger than 300 pieces but now only 220. Thanks
