Love your pics, Reminds me of my first school, Keep them coming!
Wow Cool find Chookies.
nice - thanks
I love this one, Chookies. Thanks for posting.
Makes me wish that I'd gone to a country school instead of a large city school where hundreds of kids attended. I know my mother use to ride her little horse to school back in her days..thanks shirley:)
Oh my! and it WAS such a cute little country school, Thanks chookies.
Thanks for your comments lj, pilley and sue - it looks as if it was a one-roomed school house - quaint as:)
Nice one, chookies. Thanks. 1:06
BJ - Perhaps there was a different view of learning, then. Many boys and girls in UK take pride in calling themselves 'neds' - non-educated delinquents. You can't teach someone who doesn't want to learn. Sad days.
Great set today, this one looks like the stove may have gotten the better of the building, some were lost this way.
I love this!!
If only those walls could talk - they would've been happy days, bradjan:)
Years ago, kids probably learned more here than they do now in the bigger schools.
Looks like it, eyes, glad you enjoyed it:)
Is that the oil tank at the righthand side? Doesn't look out of place, being red. Good puzzle, thank you.
