Chrissie, when I initially espied this colourful 'turtle', my thoughts were more about gold and the Aztec culture. Thanks for this lovely and fun one. (3:45)
Robbie, I'm surprised you didn't see a circus elephant riding a unicyle, blowing a trumpet while juggling 15 beer bottles in one hand and 3 running chain saws in the other. That's about as imaginative as I can be in imitation of you :-) Brass and enamel work for me though :-)) Thanks, mate.
Patti, I didn't realise it was going to be a turtle when I first started making it. It sort of grew and I tweaked a few lines here and there and I saw the turtle... with a faintly tenuous connection to Michaelangelo who saw the angel in the marble :-)
Shirley, my dear friend, if Snooker has been into your jar of Vegemite then I'm the Queen of Sheba! I happen to know she dislikes The Big V with a passion :-) Typical TP quote too! The bloke is extra funny and clever with it.
You're saying that just to make me feel better 'cos you beat me all to heck and back, Snooker :-) I think you'd enjoy reading the Discworld stories, mate!
Sadly the elephants wouldn't all fit in a puzzle this size, Mimi so I gave them a day off :-) Hooray for TP indeed! He has amused and entertained thousands of us :-)
I think snooker's been into my jar of Vegemite ! Beautiful Turtle, Thanks Chrissie. :):) love Terry Pratchett Quote's, "Stories of imagination tend to upset those without one"
But where are the elephants? Shouldn't there be elephants upon the back of a great turtle like this????????? Wonderful, beautiful puzzle, and hooray for T.P.
