MagsKZN, there is a Lee Valley Tool store in my town, I have to leave my credit cards at home when I shop there, they have the most amazing things, I could over spend it there very quickly.
I expect the rings would be water resistant, but I would not want to test them.

Beekay, I expect you are right.

I bet the bands line up in a certain way and then slides off the inner band...but it must be a small battery because of the curvature of the ring.

Wow JM Cookie, thanks for the link! Watched the Woodworking Gift Ideas Christmas 2013!!! I love♥ that magnetic LED goose neck light! (I use a bendy Snake Light wound round my neck! Awkward! And the precision square, the easy adjusting fret saw! (Mine are so hard to replace blades!) The double square, so neat & efficient! The carving tools - I've got too many already! I nearly decided to emigrate!! I need to have a garage sale & get rid of all the old boy's tools I inherited!

Oh yes, I got side tracked again - the idea of a ring watch is excellent but are they waterproof?

laurajane, it is not the smallest clock ever, but they sure are different :-D

laurajane

Well, I had no idea about that.

PutterDutt, I bet it is a modern take on the 1152 Aquitaine Sundial Ring.

Thanks Beekay, I have no idea how to change the batteries :-)

PutterDutt

I had no idea there was such a thing as a clock ring!

Beekay

Those are really neat!
