Hi Ank. There is no wrong way!! I'm glad you enjoyed them. Hug!
Hi dear. I started the wrong way, wiith four, so this is my last. I did enjoy the set very much. Thanks. hugs
Thank you very much Gladstone. And you're welcome!
Clear sharp colours, great picture. Thank you cevas for posting the parade picture/puzzle.
Thank you Jim! Yes, it goes ahead rain or shine but it is so much more fun when the sun is shining! Lorna, I forgot to say that it isn't a huge parade. I think it took about 50 minutes. But there are other things going on all day ... Celtic musicians and dance groups.
I am glad the weather cooperated for the parade, Cathy!
Thanks Lorna! We were very lucky (blessed!) this time. Most years it is raining on the 17th and sometimes it even snows on the parade!!
It looks like a big parade, and with nice weather! Great.
Thank you gemstone! Then you have many happy memories of those parades. This one goes along Granville and then Georgia. On the left you can see a bit of the Robson Square complex.
My dad was the proud bearer of the Maple Leaf in the Lower Mainland Colour Party for many years...way back when it used to be a five mile march in the hot sun of August (wearing wool blazers) for the PNE parade.
