Donegal ? Had to take a look see on google earth and there it was. Next time I see Tommy Tiernan, I'll ask him for a ride or at lease pay the plane ticket. Of course, it's beautiful like all small towns are.

You are welcome. We had a Canadian Sunderland aircraft come down in my local area 1944-5, and on the anniversary I go and place some flowers there as the families are so far away. There were a number of aircraft that crashed around Donegal, and all are respectfully marked and remembered. We will remember them. x
Just a small proud comment: my father was flight engineer on these aircrafts in post WW2 with the RCAF search & rescue. Your respect and thanks are well placed.
