There's a million reasons to be faster or slower on any given day. Tiredness, preoccupied, love of the material, etc., etc., etc.....

Wow, you're almost ten minutes faster! You've turned into a veritable speed demon on puzzles both large and small, whatnauts! Good for you! :-))))) (I'm sure I'm just making excuses, but I wonder if I've slowed down because my mindset has changed from doing so many monsters, where I get out of the fast track and become really slow and deliberate... Yeah, I'm just making excuses! LOL!).

I have no idea why I decided on this combo, but I really like it, and it fits the drawing, where I grouped the swirls by 3's. Thanks, whatnauts! :-)
