Its a commie plot to change the trails and get everyone lost. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.
Katney-checked out the puzzle-WOW!~
Nice stack, oddio!
As long as we don't have them in our heads...
These stacked rocks are always so interesting to run across, when hiking, etc. My daughter (the outdoors woman) told me they are called "cairns" and often indicate where a turn in a trail would be. Sounds like a Scottish word to me, but no idea how it would translate. Thanks for the neat photo, odd one!
I think this rockstacker had not just a good eye but also a sense of humor. The photo is a beauty - I love the colors/textures on the rocks - and the contrast between those and the vegetation and sky. Gorgeous!
Hi, JanetJane. Yes, I remember your rock arrangements.:>) Thanks, katney! I missed that one back in December. (Just missed the Leaderboard on that!)Yours sorta looks like someone was sorting those rocks some way or another.. ?
