Grilled cheese and tomato soup!

My Mom's favorite meal to prepare on Fridays during Lent! I wasn't too fond of it back then, now I LOVE it!!!

Best comfort food... now I've started adding Poblano or Jalapeno peppers to my grilled cheese. Over-the-top yummy!
