Yes, you can, Marian. It's been a long, tough winter for everyone from the midwest eastward, hasn't it?

That's funny Pat.....we started with snow in October, and guess what? It's still snowing in March. I can sympathize with this pic.

And with probably two months of skiing still left for the season! :-/

We had that yesterday. Maybe tomorrow you'll get the not-quite-so-chilly day we had today with blue sky and no wind. Drove the hour plus down to Holiday Valley in Ellicottville for Jack and Oscar's first ski lesson which they both loved, Oscar especially. It was wonderful to get out of the city, sit in the sunshine and chat with Josselyn while looking up at the ski runs on the hillsides. My body was aching to put on some skis. But sanity prevailed and I just silently reminisced about earlier days on those same slopes.

I don't know whether to laugh or cry! 'Twas another fine wintry reprise today in Albany, with chilly winds, lot of grey clouds (a dramatic sky, Pat...) and an odd squall here and there. Folks that I encounter on my walks with the dogs actually accept days like today as "okay", since it not in the 20s and flat out snowing. I hear we get that early next week - sigh...
