Oh it's the old monastery!! Well, it's spectacular now, but quite a pity what he did!! If you can get hold of them, Hilary Mantell's books about his time are awfully good, but perhaps you know them!! Wolf Hall is the first one and Bring up the Bodies is the second one, just if you don't know!!

Hi Hanne, we tend to have a lot of these ruined monasteries. Henry 8th had the roofs taken off when he turned against the catholic church and then the buildings fell into ruins, some of them were ransacked and ruined also
