can't say that I wore gloves much when I was a kid. Clothes were rationed so we wore old socks on our hands when we went sledging

That was the first thing I saw - having noticed how sweet they are - their leggings!! Wonderful!! But their mittens?? They can't all have forgotten them somewhere!! Thanks so very much June!!
