Humminghawk, thank you for sharing your memories of your hikes in the White Mountains with your Dad. It pleases me that my puzzles remind you of those happy days you shared with him. I'm also very impressed with your hiking skills! I posted some puzzles back in July that may interest you under my other user name of BeeKay. This is one that I think you will like http://www.jigidi.com/puzzle.php?id=XUXN635C
All 48, although we climbed a number of them many times. I loved running the Presidential Range, but my favorite was running the Franconia Range, which we did 3 or 4 times. The exhilaration of running these ridges above the treeline, eating wild blueberries, seeing other hikers skinny dipping along the trail are among the fond memories I have, but chief among them are the hours spent with my Dad, just being together.
You made my day Humminghawk! Thanks so much for stopping by and telling me that. How many peaks did you bag?
Hey BeeKay2 -- I might have mentioned before, but I spent many a summer day as a teenager hiking in the White Mountains with my dad, eventually joining the ranks of the 4,000 foot club. I always look forward to doing your puzzles of these mountains, and remembering those precious days with my dad. Thank you so much for posting them!
