Today, Mrs.Bugosi accompanied me to the Oils, Lithographs, & Drawings section of the Bugosi Art Gallery (O.L.D.B.A.G.), where we admired the admirable masterpiece called 'The Four Bugosis Of The Apocalypse'......
This is the painting that Mr.Pee-Le-Squirt claims was drawn in crayon by his 493-year-old granddaughter, and that it is stuck on his obviously gigantic fridge.......I shall leave it to your judicious judgement to decide which of us tells THE TRUTH!.....
Also pictured here are the world-famous 'Monadonis' (by Leonardo daBugosi) and the one where Mrs.Bugosi is pushing me off a cliff........
I took advantage of our visit to get rid of...I mean, give away some old copies of The Bonga-Bonga Bugle which were much appreciated by the lady pictured here, and a tramp sitting outside........

Or as granddaughter Josephine once said at the age of 3 1/2, "Pee-yew! Somethin' stinks!"

lelabugosi

lelabugosi

(Eggsactly, for we are in the cathedral of the world-wide-web of art......www.art.......)

david06520

(It would be polite to keep one's voices down in such an elevated aesthetical environment. The better to appreciate the artistical offerings of course, in addition, as well, too.)

(Me, too!)

(Yes, we agree.)

(Indubitabobbly.)

Elfie

Ohh here you see - there's a natural explanation to everything!!! Very good Robbie, phone it back and say thanks!!

Robbiel

The spider had a an I- phone........dialled 1-800-GET-PORKER!!!..........Sent a picture via e-mail!

Elfie

We've got to ask the spider!!!

lelabugosi

Ah!....That's where his story falls apart!.........

juneshone

have I missed something, how does Robbie know which way up Mrs B's mouth was when she was asleep?

MrsBugosi

No, Mrs.Pipe......I was studying a spider on the ceiling!........(It was disturbed by the noises coming from 'the portly one with the carrot tree')...........

Elfie

Was she asleep too??? Were you MrsBugosi??

MrsBugosi

Tsk.......tsk...........and another tsk..........

Robbiel

Sorry Hanne, you sure that wasn't Mrs. Bugosi? She slept with her mouth facing upwards!

Elfie

Robbiel

It is also very entertaining reading your unfolding

patsquire

Ahh, but "phantasie" is where one lives, when one is a Bugosilander. No more chasing about the world fighting KAOS and Smersh for me. It's good to be back.

lelabugosi

And I suppose your other granddaughter drew the Monadonis in pencil and stuck it on your other fridge?.......Phantasie.....pure phantasie........with a 'P' also, as well!........

patsquire

My granddaughter is named Josephine, and her nickname is Phine (pronounced fine) so that's where the P in the artist's signature comes from. Of course, it is quite small as the entire DRAWING (not painting) is on a regular sized piece of 8 1/2 x 11 paper turned sideways. In crayon. Taped to my regular sized fridge. The left one. (I have two fridges in my kitchen. You should try it. Tres convenient.)

Somehow, probably while I was away consummating an international arms deal, lelabug or one of his Tadpole Wine-addled minions gained entry to my kitchen and photographed her excellent 5th Grade Art Contest Blue Ribbon Grand Prize winning drawing. The rest is Photoshop history, combined with the usual Bugosi b*llshootery about it being some old masterpiece by some old Bugosian ancestry person.

And THAT'S the name of that story.

lelabugosi

Hee-Hee!.......She is sitting in an armchair, admiring our wonderful exhibits...........(or perhaps, possibly, maybe, a spider)........

Elfie

Where is the rest of Mrs. Bugosi?? Has she shrunk like you??? Is it anything you eat??? Be careful, please that you don't disappear totally!! At least leave your ears - you know like the Cheshire cat leaves his smile!!

lelabugosi

I am getting slightly confused with all this talk of 'pointing Percy' and 'pees'......though I can imagine where it is all leading.........I will only say that our museum does have toilets, cleaned every Wednesday without fail , by Hippolytus' sister, Hippolyta.........
As for Mrs.Bugosi, she was travelling incognito..........
gerdje-number.........Then you know more than me!.......
precious-pebble........This is just my postman-size.......it also helped initially with my disguise, when I was hiding from Junee's 'boys'..........

gemstone

I'm wondering if there's something contagious going around...it appears that lela has also, perhaps, possibly, "shrunk"??? When one considers the long graceful legs of the statue in the pond of the town square...was that artistic lisence?se?ce?se? and are we actually seeing the real lela, the cute, bounce-on-your-lap and tuck-into-bed lela?

jignut

Did someone 'point Percy' at the painting or do you mean P.Squirt? Would someone please explain? BTW I learned that expression from a friend from England. The Brits certainly have a way with words.

o my goodness!!!!! now I belive that a very little peace of the store is opening
but not more than 1 cm

twoclubs

I agree Robbie. Mrs. B's fascinator is fascinating and finely fitted.

Robbiel

Lela you are cracking me up mate!!!! That new look of yours makes me lose it every time I see it!! Now is Mrs. Bugosi wearing the balaclava? She looks absolutely lovely, her whole outfit is so intricate.

gemstone

Night night, juneeeee...hope those sheets have lots of red maple leaves and burly Mounties on them. :)))

These museum trips can be so long and tiring. I usually bring my magnifier to look closely at the artist signature for I have heard that others have been known to add their own initial inside the signee sign which can be a revealed with the simple household magnifier. I do believe on close examination I detect a P. We need some art restorer to inspect and ex-ray and extract this expletive P.

lelabugosi

I will send you some Bonga-Bonga Bugles for your bed......

juneshone

that was so kind of you, you're all heart Lela and Mrs B. Well off up the wooden hill again for me. witzy had bought me some lovely fleecy sheets from Canada to keep me snug so I am off to try them out.

lelabugosi

(The lady sitting here was actually the tramp's wife.....we invited her in to get warm, as it was a little....well, very quiet today)........

juneshone

oh dear, what do you look like. Nice warm winter coat anyway. Tramps like newspapers, they wear them as thermal vests, you are such a philanthropist
