Just found the get wells on the other puzzle. I posted there but thought I'd post it here also so everyone can see it currently.

Only just saw this. Thanks for all the well wishes. We really are a little community here. Actually when I injured it about three weeks ago, I flared up a bone spur and was in a soft splint. Last week I tried to side step to keep the cat from bolting out the door. With the balance issues that I have and carrying too much stuff, I tripped and came down hard on that same ankle. That bone spur acted like a wedge for chopping wood and split the leg bone about l.5 inches vertically. Ouch. Three to four weeks in a cast then to a boot. I go back this morning to have it taken off, re-x-rayed for progress, and then put back on (Taken off? oh sweet Jesus I can scratch!!!)
