PJ, keep making those flowers of yours. I'm loving them. :-)
Wendy - I'd die if I was to stich such regular stiches, I enjoy freehand stiching (crewl) - things like the flowers I'm painting now....PJ
Barb, like I told Pat, there aren't enough squares in this checkerboard so it's just as well that this isn't what we used to use to play the game. Furthermore, how would you know what pieces were yours? I think it's better that this one get thrown in the trash eventually. LOLMandy, are you suggesting that I pay for a new pair of eyeglasses for you?
It's the checkerstripes that are making my eyes go weird!!! Love this puzzle, thanks Wendy :~)
I was a bit of a slow poke on this puzzle, Wendy. Over 3 minutes but what a fun one. Like Pat said, why weren't checkerboards this lovely when we were young? :-)))
But Pat, just be glad that your checkerboard undoubtedly had the proper amount of squares; this one doesn't. Ardy, I'm trying to add more pinks. ;-)PJ, I can't sew. It would behoove you to imagine you doing the sewing instead of me. :-)
Delightful, Wendy. Really enjoyable. To me it looked as though each little colored piece of fabric was carefully and perfectly stitched in place, and I imagined you bending over the fabric with needle and thread. I've been smiling thoughout the solving :-)))))))PJ
Had fun with your checker board too, Wendy. Love the pinks in here. Thank you.
Why didn't my checkers sets look like this?!!! Fun one, Wendy!
