Thomasville is noted for various things but what I enjoy the most is the history. Thomasville was a winter retreat for northern industrialists and the wealthy before Florida opened up as a vacation spot. There are many beautiful old homes there and it is noted for it's plantation and home tours. This beautiful home is open to the public. In 1999 it was painted this bright yellow but I believe it has been repainted once or twice since then

They keep it very well maintained. I have seen it a few times and there has always seemed to be some repair/upkeep in progress.

It's a gorgeous, sunny yellow; very pretty! That fascia looks brand new - the house has obviously been well-kept!
