If she really needs it, Goingsilver? Probably not... It can be solved with a couple of zooms. Wide-angle, standard and tele. Maybe it's just a show-off :-) I don't think there are any regulations concerning the weight. You're allowed to carry as much as you can or like. She must have a strong back though.

Good grief - does anyone really need that many cameras at one time? And surely that weight around her neck must be against health and safety regulations!
