Today, while enjoying a romantic moment in the countryside, Mrs.Bugosi and I experienced a
once-in-a-lifetime event......an event that normally occurs once-in-a-lifetime.........an event which is
known to us as "The once-in-a-lifetime-event"........
This phenomenon results from the steady accumulation of tadpole analgesic paradoxical secretions (T.A.P.S.) in the subterranean breeding farms..........these secretions steadily build up over the course of seventy years, until they can no longer be contained underground.........the 'T.A.P.S.' are opened, and in a blaze of light, the secretions burst forth from their confinement, spreading joyful light and colour over the whole of Bonga-Bonga!......

as long as it isn't a bird in the house or even worse a bat in the house. though watching me having hysterics might be mildly interesting to a deaf person

lelabugosi

Is it not "A bird in the mouse is worth two in the bush"?......or it could be "a bird in the mouth"........

juneshone

A mouse in the hand is worth two in the bush, or maybe I got that wrong

Surreal_Heidi

I'd rather discuss puzzles solved than try to think about Juneee's mouse hand exploding into a gang of lions. That makes my head hurt.

Surreal_Heidi

7,500 puzzles ain't NUTHIN'!!!! Lela must be spending too much time with the tadpole secretions and not enough time in the ''real'' world. As if Jigidiland or Bugosiland is the ''real'' world. Try to catch my 35,238 puzzles, and counting. Betcha can't! Betcha can't!

lelabugosi

I think we are all as confused as you, Hanne-with-pipe........It would seem that Juneee is stranger than we thought!........

Elfie

Lions all around - or what?? But what about gang?? What gang?? A gang of lions? And then in your hand?? A birdie's hand?? - or a mouse's hand??

gemstone

I can see juneeeee's new avatar now! Hee hee.

lelabugosi

.........which she hopes will be a gangsta' lion........and she has the bones of a bird!!............._........

david06520

eeeek Junee are you related to yon Frankenstein that you have a mouse's hand on ?

juneshone

It would probably break some of my little birdlike bones, I'll see how big it gets

gemstone

Where's the family Bible, juneeeee?

juneshone

Sorry, - I have just discovered a lump in the middle of my mouse hand, hoping it is a ganglion

david06520

Ooof not that business with the hands again...

juneshone

so I had to look and discovered that I know the day you joined Jigidi. It was a howling gale here. They took me to the coast for a picnic for my birthday One hand for the picnic and the other one to keep my hoodie on. I so look forward to our Cumbrian summers!

lelabugosi

HaHa, I hadn't noticed!.....(nearly all little ones!)......

patsquire

YOW! CONGRATULATIONS LELABUG! 7500 PUZZLES! A MILESTONE....................

patsquire

It was close, but I'm still here to tell about it!

Elfie

You did SO well, patsquire!!

patsquire

There I was, out for my morning exercise merry as a thistle, free as a lark but deaf as a post. All would be well if I felt the rumblings beneath me!

juneshone

plenty for somebody to squeeze there, almost makes me sorry I don't work at the tadpole winery

peterpantz

I should like to be a tadpole.........

Robbiel

Yes look at all this fun going on and so much to learn........grammar........poetry..........history........art........all my worst subjects at school!!

lelabugosi

What a great find, Hanne!.........That lump-of-lard-with-a-beard must be stopped!...Hee-Hee!..........
Tatty-from-Brailz........Everything is connected......even Bubba and Hanne's railway lines........
Bubba.....Now you can watch Squirty being chased by a train!......
Juneee...I am glad you have a white wall......

juneshone

oops! Lela and me reading from the same art books perhaps

juneshone

Lela and I reading from the same art book perhaps

Elfie

ROBBIE!!!! LOOK WHAT WE FOUND!!!

Tatinha

I felt a little dizzy doing this one. Could be the analgesic or paradoxical effects. Well, I felt the same when I did June s caleidos. There must be a conection.

Robbiel

Poetry in motion June!! Let her go...Let her go!!!
Thanks for starting the railway stories Lela, our two Islands had the shortest routes in the world! Thanks Hanne and David for the rare finds, it was fun watching the Squire racing through on his stolen pink bike!!

juneshone

Monza, couple of bottles of the tadpole vintage and you will see this and much, much more wondrous stuff. If you are lucky enough to have a white bathroom wall you can just sit in there for hours watching the pretty colours kaleid and scintillate on the big screen. Oh I feel the need to go!

patsquire

Very nice photos, Hanne, and indeed we see why stonemasons were desperately needed!

lelabugosi

And what a fine job they did!....Thanks Hanne-still-smoking....and Bent.......

Elfie

Must be the excellent vibrations from the secretions that has made this possible. Bent has been searching the files closely and ? indeed - he succeeded in finding 2 photos of the Bornholmian railway that haven?t burnt!! Now you are able to see the result of the stonemasons? fine work!!

lelabugosi

Yes, no.6-at-the-racetrack.......we liken it to Mother Nature blowing her nose.........

monza006

What wonderfully radiant secretions... would that I might travel to see such a wondrously wonderful wonder... albeit just once.

lelabugosi

Welcome, schizo-thingy.........Yes, Juneee is our roving reporter for the Bonga-Bonga Bugle........I always try to show photographic evidence so that people can see for their own eyes that I make nothing up.....

Wow, I think I've really tripped out today. First I was in Gollum's psychedelic world and now I've stumbled across this delight. I'm a relative stranger to the world of Bogosiland but I have heard of its wonders from June. She has told me she has many great adventures here and I have seen your photographic evidence.

lelabugosi

Yes, Hanne-with-pipe.........it is just one of the many wonders of careful tadpole-rearing in a caring environment......

Elfie

Beautiful colours - beautiful sight!! How lucky you are.....!!

lelabugosi

precious-pebble........I have placed a daintily wrapped pair of striped stockings in my postbag........I will post them as soon as I find a mailbox, as the carrier-pigeons are in no fit state to fly........avec plaisir.......

gemstone

Forget the "fancy pants". Are those striped stockings available in the Bugosilogue? If so, please send me a pair for a lady's smallish foot. They should arrive before the snow next winter, n'est pas? (That last bit is French, psquirt...from a country southwest of the lady-with-the-pipe and way across the Pond from you.)

lelabugosi

couple-of-hounds-and-loadsa-claws.......Welcome indeed to these humble pages......You have nothing to fear but fear itself.......and the lies, deceits, falsehoods and misrepresentations of Mr.Poppycock himself, also known as Pee-Squirt (among other things)......
Juneeee.......you have such good taste......
david-many-numbers...........Yes, a relevation indeed.....(Fred O'Stare and Gingio Rogers were secret tadpole-breeders).........._.........
Mr.Le-Squirty........The picture may be laden with mystical meanings and imagery, because it was a mystically mystical experience.........

patsquire

See animalover, here we hear the Robster, whose insights always WOW us with their insightful insightfulness. I mean, no one else was insightful enough to be reminded of the glorious Northern Lights! A new idea! A fresh perspective! From Bugosilanders who hail (and snow and sleet) from all around the world.

We're part of the international internet revolution, but without all the riots and that nasty machine gunning of civilians.

(((And you get to make up your own appellations without regard for our preferences!)))

2dogs7cats

Well if that be the case Mr. Squire (what do you prefer, Pat, Squire, Sir, Patsy?...) then I shall twist the top off a rare bottle of raspberry wine (no tadpoles here) and have a drink to new found friends on Jigidididi
Sorry been feeding the birds a lot lately.

david06520

Note to multiple-domesticated-animals: Mrs. B does not create the puzzles. She knits three-dimensional woolen representations of them after the fact, then places these into the DeLorean to retrogress them into the two-dimensional past. Just the facts here in B2.

Robbiel

Oh man, what a trip Lela!! Sorta like The Northern Lights in Bonga-Bonga!

patsquire

Forget him, animalover, he's a Tadpole-Wine-addled decrepit old buffoon, an evil would-be world-conqueror, a poisoner of bodies and souls with his Tadpole Wine, and everybody knows his talented and beautiful young wife, Mrs. Bugosi, secretly creates all these puzzles for which he takes credit. And of course, there's only one truth-telling-always-to-be-believed resident here in Bugosiland and that's me, the one and only, myself, yours truly, moi, etc.

2dogs7cats

Thank you good Squire, I feel humbled by your lavish welcome but me thinks I should wait to hear from the Man himself before treading on any more toes, be it ever so lightly.

patsquire

Flicker shows, davyzip? "Heaven, I'm in heaven...."

You've a good eye indeed, animalover, and a good imagination too. You are a welcome addition to the Bugosiland crowd! Feel free to start kidding, joshing and jibing anyone you want to!

WELCOME!!! WELCOME!!! WELCOME!!!

2dogs7cats

I do see the eye Mr. Squire and it seems to be imbedded in an alligator's head. The tree on the left to me is a badger reaching out with a gnarly arm. I paid no notice of his 'fancy pants' since his taste in clothes I find to be questionable at best.

david06520

What a relevation!
This once-in-a-lifetime thingy used to happen quite often when Fred O'Stare and Gingio Rogers would dance together, they used to call it T.A.P.S. dancing. I has seen it in oldish moving pictures as well, also.

patsquire

Good catch, animalover. I think this picture may be laden with mystical meanings and imagery. Does the tree on the left not look cobralike? Does the main tree not have an eye? Are lelabug's legs not clad in the gayest pantaloons you ever saw? And those sensuous, sinuous roots and branches! Oh! Laden with meanings.........

2dogs7cats

I know not of what you speak but was wondering if that's an asp wrapped around Mrs. Bugosi's neck.

juneshone

I want some of that psychedelic thingy it would look great in my bathroom

patsquire

'Nuff said you unholy snob. You must have been the one screaming "Oh God!" because you're right it was my first religious experience. I'll never forget that I kept saying, "Oh h*ll, oh d*mn, oh h*ll, oh d*mn!"

Church_Lady

Patty,I remember it well. It was your first religious experience. You kept screaming Oh God! Oh God!.........or was that me?

patsquire

* * * * SEE YESTERDAY'S PUZZLE FOR A TRUE STORY * * * *

patsquire

Dancing pecan, my and churchlady's romantic history shall forever remain the deepest and darkest of secrets! I hope!

patsquire

Close enough. We each remember events in our own way, don't we?

jignut

Are you sure you are not confusing her with ChurchLady?

lelabugosi

Mrs.Bugosi has told me that she once saw you in her fashion emporium, hanging around the ladies' changing rooms.......that you blew her a kiss........she described that experience as "The day the earth stood still".........

patsquire

"Once-in-a-lifetime?" Ha ha! She used to experience the same effect every time my "...secretions burst forth from their confinement" too! But that was in her younger days, long before you knew her. I'm impressed that she never saw a need to tell you about it, though!

lelabugosi

Yes, dancing-pecan........it was an eventful event, eventually........

jignut

Yes indeedy, a phenomenal phenomena of a phenomenon!
