Spudmomma, I am so poor at keeping up with Jigidi friends' adventures, but glad to read you had a good time with g'kids. I hope to do same within a few weeks, but mine is just a five hour drive. Meantime, local ones keep me smiling.
(BTW, it seems "ornery" is the norm nowadays, so how does one know when they've reached their level?)
Thanks, Mr. O. Not my photo, of course, but I loved the richness of it.
Java - I'm not much for drama, so am just as glad I missed it. But i figured if something brought you clear out of your corner like that, I'd want to go on record as standing with you. It was a really good trip - in may, many ways and on many levels. Will take me awhile to "process" it, for sure. The energy expended on the trip (gotta keep up with those grandkids, you know!) plus the jet lag plus the hours of waiting in a steamy airport in Philly for the fog to lift in San Francisco so we could take off did wear me down a bit. But I'm gaining ground now and will soon be back to my ornery self. :)
Hey tatermum! Saw your comment...you probably don't want all the sordid details...high Jigidi drama for a few days! Thanks...and hope you had a wonderful time and are recovering from the jet lag! ;-)))
