Wassily Kandinsky's "Transverse Line" - 1923

Before you posted this puzzle I'd never heard of the artist. After solving it I spent some time on the internet & learned a lot about him & searched for his pictures, & love them so much I'm tempted to buy some prints. Thanks oddio, for broadening my (somewhat limited) knowledge of art/artists. :-)
