Hope you like it Ank. You can use any vegetable oil Ank.
This sounds good and not to difficult, I just have to find out the canola oil but that will work. I gonna make it and let you know how it was. Thanks.
1 1/2 C. flour
1 C. uncooked Old Fashioned Oats (not instant)
1/2 C. each brown sugar & white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 T. butter
Peel and slice apples into a greased 9" or 10" glass baking dish.
Cut butter into small pieces and mix with remaining ingredients. The mix should be crumbly. Spread over apples.
Pour 1/2 C. canola oil (I use less) over the top. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar and bake at 350 deg. for 45 min. to 1 hr.
