Oh, GREAT, Pat! I would really appreciate it. PJ has already picked out a lot, but I'm sure she wouldn't mind if others helped out too. I know that I'm even having fun checking out the ones that she's requested because some I've totally forgotten about even though I update the stats all the time. I realize that I never have time to actually look at the puzzles because all I'm concerned about is who the current top spotter is, how many comments there are (to make sure I didn't miss responding to one), and how many solves there are (to see if it's worth making more of a particular kind of puzzle).
I don't ask for smaller versions usually, because you always seem to have 8 great new, all different, puzzles each day, not like me, where I usually post just 4, filling the other slots with different sizes of the same puzzles. I didn't want to ask you to lose a slot by having to post something again, instead of something new. And I also know that you prefer not to post puzzles you don't think will get many solves. But I see now, with what you're saying about your hand, that I haven't been doing you any favors, so, from now on, when I see one I'd like, I'll ask! :-)))
Pat, because my hand hurts too much, it doesn't matter anymore that I have lots of ideas. I just can't do them. That's why I so appreciate what PJ is doing. It saves me from creating more puzzles than I can.
I didn't check before I wrote my other comment, but, yes, Jigidi considers 0-60 to be small, so a lot of people who filter for size just missed it... Darn! If you ever are at a loss for one more puzzle to post (not that that's ever likely with you, who have sooooo many new ideas all the time, you rat fink!), you could try it in a smaller size and see......
Pat, you rat! I just reread what you said, and see that your husband has way too much influence over your thinking processes. LOL
I didn't even realize that I'd posted this in 72 pieces and have no idea why I did. I know that for me, when I used to solve, I always gravitated to the puzzles that were the 'normal' sizes. I think this might be the first 72 piece puzzle I ever posted. I'd have to check...but from my recollection that's the case.
I can tell you right now that it is not going to make it to 100 solves...unless you want to solve it 25 times! Jeepers, you said this was your favorite one. Prove it! hehehe
Ah, some of the big guns have been here--including whatnauts!--and I'm even further down the board! But now you're at 75--maybe if we all applaud, or whatever we had to do for Tinkerbelle to make her okay, we'll get to 100 by this afternoon...LOL!
Ah, Wendy, I haven't been married to a lawyer for this long without learning a thing or two--I wrote: "I'll gladly solve it more times!"--NOT that I would solve it enough times to bring the total to 100! :-P
But I really still don't understand the number of solves--maybe 72 isn't considered really small to people? I know I think of "small" as under 50... But this puzzle is fabulous, and deserved way more solves!!!
Poor, poor Pat. LOL Out of all my puzzles posted today, this one has the least solves. And I updated the stats about 15 minutes ago, and then now. All the puzzles got more solves except this one. Now I figure that since there are 64 solves right now, if you get busy solving them with only 36 left to go, you will be able to complete the task in a few hours (counting the rests you'll need in between). I'll get out my stopwatch and keep track of your progress. LOLOLOL!
mariasha, I sort of agree with you, but it will be Pat that really goes whacko.*
*Note: Both Pat and I know that there's no way she's going to keep her promise.....but it's the thought that counts. Right, Pat? ;-)
This sort of reminds me of a bear claw quilt pattern gone whacko...giggle...thanks for some more fun!
Pat, I have very bad luck with most of my small puzzles. I don't know how PJ convinced me to post a bunch of them (which I plan on doing in the very near future). Anyway, I'm holding you to it. I'll be very curious to see how many you have to do. On another note, I can't believe groovingator had the audacity to knock you off the top spot. This is a cruel world!
Believe me, if this doesn't reach 100 by this evening, which I'm sure it will, I'll gladly solve it more times! :-)))
I'm so glad, Pat. How about solving it 74 more times? hehehehe
Oh, I just love, LOVE, LOOOOOOOOOOOVE this one!!! Super cool, Wendy!!!
