Thanks Jana and thimblemoss. Yes Jana this one is very beautifull. Thim the most windmills in Netherland still work. Not because they have to but because it is so nice. Volunteers operate and maintain the mills. And they do the old work where the mill is made for. For example grinding flour, or moving water. This mill was for moving water, from the small ditches in the land to the big canal. Sometimes when we had very much rain this kind of mills help the motor pumps to dry the land. Ank
