The red-belly is probably similar to the red-breasted nuthatch, which I have been referring to as the rose-breasted nuthatch. I don't think the red or rose breast looks all that red. The belly of this woodpecker is not seen that much, but it is adifferent woodpecker from a woodpecker which is already called a red headed woodpecker.
It`s a gorgeous woodpecker, Roseheather. It does have a beautiful red cap, but its belly looks yellowish to me. Maybe the red just isn`t visible on the photo???
