I'm happy that you were able to get totally relaxed & flexible again!! I once knew a lady who was 96 and like you was extremely flexible!! I couldn't believe my eyes....amazing!! Maybe I should take a trip to Bonga-Bonga & meditate at one of your great uncle 2x removed seminars!!
Hellooee dearie!......Yes, as Lela told you, I have returned from a sojourn away in the mountains of Bonga-Bonga, at a meditation seminar run by my great-uncle-twice-removed, Baba-Rinpoche-Bugosi VII......I am now totally relaxed......and totally flexible!.........
