Why are you reporting this puzzle?

I made these “crystal balls” from a texture I made myself, and the application of a few hundred filters. Oh, okay, I may have exaggerated a little. But only ever so slightly. LOL

It gives me immense pleasure making puzzles, and I hope it gives you pleasure solving them. (•‿•)

Oooh, you're a clever one!! That IS what they started out life as! Well spotted, Shirley. LOL Although, this isn't done with a kaleidoscope filter. I don't know how to explain what this filter does - except for it creates crystal balls!! LOL I'm glad you like it though. Thanks!! (•‿•)

Shian2

Love this one , Kirsten, the plaid/checks/tartans lend themselves very well to the Kaleidoscope, and very pretty when solved, the thumb nail does not do it justice, Thank you, Kirsten.

RandomWorship

Thanks Barbara. I'm glad you found this one, and a fave. That one is my fave too. And it's developed quite a fan base! (•‿•)

BarbaraL

These are gorgeous, my favourite is the third one on the second row, Thank you.

RandomWorship

Thanks Danielle! I'm so glad you like this one. I love how they turned out too. And have a wonderful holiday. We'll miss you!!. (•‿•)

danielleesposito

For once I chose the small size as I'm leaving for my holidays in two days' time and have loads to do. I'll do the biggest size when I come back. This set is worth being done twice. It's hypnotic!Thank you, Kirsten!

RandomWorship

Butterfly wings! I LOVE that, Jill!! What a brilliant description. Thank you, my friend. (•‿•)

RandomWorship

Why thank you, Mr Jim! I really love how it came out too! Thanks for swinging by! (•‿•)

RandomWorship

Oh, Audrey. I would NEVER think of my solvers that way! Without you, my puzzles are nothing!! Like art (not that I think I'm an artist) hanging in a gallery that no one ever visits. So it's me that thanks YOU! I make my puzzles for BOTH of our pleasure. Mine and yours. If I've achieved that aim, I'm a happy gal. Now, to this puzzle. I'm delighted that you like it, and very happy that your fave is mine. (•‿•)

RandomWorship

For you, Sheena? ANYTHING! I look forward to seeing you on those larger sizes too. (•‿•)

RandomWorship

Thanks Jo!! I really like that framing too. I don't do that effect that often - I usually just go with a plain colour. But I thought it would be fun to add something a bit more swirly to this one. I love that you think it's the icing on the cake. I have a big smile on my face now. (•‿•) See? LOL

RandomWorship

It's my pleasure, Francine! Thank YOU for dropping by. I really appreciate it. (•‿•)

And PS. I think I'm gonna have to start a fan club for everyone's fave. LOL

RandomWorship

That's my fave too, LJ! It's proving quite popular. How am I going to keep it from getting a swollen head? LOL Thanks for skating by. (•‿•)

RandomWorship

Thanks Pat!! No obligation about the big one. You're a busy woman! LOL It's lovely to see you again, and I'm delighted that you like this one. (•‿•)

TheLittleBlueHat

Beautiful work! I really like the overlaid grid, and how each shiny circle is filled with motion like butterfly wings! Thanks, Kirsten :)

I think you must know by now the pleasure you give and we lower mortals ( the non Jigadiers ) are in awe of the talent so many of you display ( and just for our pleasure, well that is why you do it isn't it? ) so thank you and yes this one of yours is just lovely and I go for 2 nd row 2 nd from the right , a real beauty so thank you Audrey T

sheenpeen

Oh I like this thank you, looking forward to the bigger ones (*~*)

Queenbee2b

I love them all Kirsten!! I find the "framing" so cheerful!! It's the "icing" on the cake!!
Thanks for the fun too!! :)

bookish

Thanks for the fun, Kirsten. Lovely. My favourite is also the purple+green on the light blue background.

laurajane

Very pretty, Kirsten. I like them all, but especially the Purple one on the light blue background.

pkin38

Hello Kirsten ... Very pretty puzzle today ... Someday I will tackle the big size ... Hugs

RandomWorship

Thanks Sandi! I'm really glad you like this one. I hope you have a grand day too. Thanks again. (•‿•)

SandiT

Good Morning/Evening, Kirsten. Wow, I love this beautiful puzzle. Each square is beautiful in its own way. The colors are great. What a fun solve!! Thanks and sweet dreams, my friend.

RandomWorship

Thanks Maddie!! I really like how the crystal balls and colours came out too! I'm glad you like it! (•‿•)

madpol

Really beautiful Kirsten !! The colors are exquisite... ☺ Thanks !

RandomWorship

Oh, Ardy! I think your contrary finger has been at it again!!! LOL I added in the top right for you, because I couldn't see enough straight pink. I'm laughing. Ah, well. I'm still glad I added that one for balance. There was just a tad too much purple and blue in this one beforehand. I didn't realise how much I favour those colours when I'm creating the initial textures, until I started making my own kaleidos from scratch! And yes, I think these crystal balls DO show better days ahead. For all of us. Have a great Sunday Ardy!! ((HUGS))

ringleader

Good evening, Kirsten. Your favorite is mine as well along with the edge one next to it. I can't imagine doing this from being able to make a texture to adding filters and whatever else it took. It's like a foreign language. But I like it. You framing is great. The whole puzzle adds up to fun. What do your crystal balls tell you? That there are better days coming? I hope so. Thank you. I see a good night with sweet dreams in your immediate future. ((HUGS))

RandomWorship

YUM!!! I think I'm coming to your place for afternoon tea next Sunday!! (•‿•)

feistyfreddy

I'll try not to waste it. Walkies with the furball first, then gardening. My fruit cage is calling . The currants are ripe'n' ready so I'll be making cordials, sorbets, shrubs ( an old fashioned type of cordial ) and maybe a summer pudding. Oops, I'm dribbling on the keyboard again! Summer pud is BB's favourite so I should get a few brownie points there!! ;-))

RandomWorship

Thanks Hester!! I like the colours too - with my fave being second row, second from right. I love how glassy that one looks. And I hope that no flies were caught in them. My puzzle could be a tad on the nose in a few weeks! LOL And there's only a few more hours for me. And then the looooooong five days before I get another one. LOL I think I'll pass Sunday over to you now, for safekeeping. Have fun with it! (•‿•)

RandomWorship

Yay! That makes me happy, Gail! Your crystal ball sees correctly! I DID work hard on this one, but I've no idea how many hours it took. There were hours of tinkering to experimenting, seeing whether it was worth persevering with and getting the adjustments right. At least I thought they were right. Until I made a collage of them. And then I realised there were a few more adjustments to make! Grrrrrr. LOL But I'm happy with how it came out. And am truly delighted you like it too. Thank you, my friend!! (•‿•)

feistyfreddy

Now that is special! I like the framing but particularly the colour combo. They look as if a fly has been caught in a glass paperweight and is buzzing madly to get out!
Enjoy what's left of your weekend :-)))

octomom

You're welcome, Kirsten. I very much enjoyed this one. My crystal ball says you worked hard on this one.
