Thanks for your confession, brightspark! Sounds like a good way to fly. :>) (And it doesn't hurt your puzzle solving time, either!)
I LOVED TO LISTEN TO CREEDENCE CLEARWATER REVIVAL - IN THE CAR ON THESE OLD TAPES!!!!!!!
And here I thought we would have to fight over who got the Lawrence Welk tape! Not one of you asked for that... Hmmm...
Thank you, Mr. O . . . I'd be happy with Dionne, Tom Jones, or Neil Diamond. Are these tapes from your collection??
Trip down memory lane! :)
Wow... What a find... Would you believe I have an 8 track player up in my garage rafters... Have no idea if it still works... I think there might be some tapes up there too... Was all the rage... My Ex brought back a really fancy reel to reel tape player from Japan... He, of course, got the good stuff.... LOL.... Thanks oddio.... :) :)
I remember selling these in my dad's music shop ages and ages ago! Fun puzzle! Thanks, Oddio!
And so, you have proven once again, good things come with age.Neil Diamond put on a great show in Pensacola back in the...80's? Have seen him more recently on TV, and he doesn't get old either! Not many of the young 'uns know what 8 track tapes are. Of course, I don't understand their lingo either! (But I do know each and every title you have posted!)
Tom Jones and Neil Diamond are my prefer LOL
Oh, my husband would be so excited to see those! He is always talking about 8 track tapes! Maybe now he'll be checking the thrift stores-- not that we NEED anything more around here!
I'll take the Percy Faith Strings, oddio!
I'll take the Tom Jones one please.
