This photo intrigues me - leaves me with unanswerable questions. I'm pretty sure it's lived in; the shutters are well-kept as is the door. The curtain covering to glass in the door is clean. But......why are there flower pots blocking the windows? What was fastened above the windows and why were they removed? Is the upper floor inhabited but not the lower? Is the garden cared for or is it allowed to grow wild? (The flower pots and baskets are obviously looked after). I guess I'll just have to let my imagination run wild!

A wild English Country Garden!?! It's beautiful. It would be a delight to be there. I wonder what went above the windows and door.
