Hi Kathy, wrong parade, that one is in may! The girl who did this was our postmistress and she does this great work at birthday parties, thanks.

I thought this was the face she was wearing to the parade ~ like a secret Bermuda custom. Someone did a great job with the artwork!

Thank you all for your comments, she was glad to have her regular face back and left 25 loud kids at the party! No stops home and all the chores were done!
