For the flight crew, it's a change of clothes and a stiff drink.
If you will notice the tops of the trees are bending to your right pretty hard, the exhaust from the #2 engine indicates he still has quite a bit of power on, which tells me he has "slipped" the Aircraft on to the runway in probably about a 40 mph cross-wind & in my opinion he is doing a good job of putting that Aircraft on the ground. It looks scarry, but thats the way it must be done.
On a serious note, I hope the plane and crew made it safely. On the lighter side, I was wondering why my package was a bit smashed up.
