Lifesong1, that was my first reaction to the news of his death. My father so liked that recorded monologue, and he would laugh every time he heard it. I did hear it. My mother loved it and would laugh and laugh and then she made me laugh and laugh. He was great. A terrific actor, both dramatic and comedy. He will be missed. So sad seeing the great ones leaving us.
R.I.P. Andy. Anyone who ever heard "What It Was Was Football" knows how great he was at delivering comedic lines. Andy, of an older generation, will be missed.
