daasha thanks for stopping by.

You have gorgeous flowers in garden!!!

This Daisy is one I frequently see in floral arrangements. And a showy flower in your garden :-)

Wikipedia has this to say about the Barberton Daisy..."Gerbera jamesonii is a species of flowering plant in the genus Gerbera. It is indigenous to South Eastern Africa and commonly known as the Barberton daisy, the Transvaal daisy, and as Barbertonse madeliefie in Afrikaans. "Wikipedia

Thank you for the great photos and puzzles today♥♥♥

Janet it is interesting how names change in different countries.
This one is from Barberton area, aclimatised to our climate.
It is never without flowers.
I have 2 Gerberas, indoor potplants?
One is flowering for the second time,I will photograph it.

Beautiful flowers, thanks dear Maureen, and we know them as Gerberas, but exactly the same plant.
It is interesting how names vary from country to country. I think they are called Gerbera Daisies in America too. A stunning colour of Marguerite Daisy behind too. I am loving seeing yours and Arthur's garden, dear friend. Hugs. ♥
