Joyce and Kari, thanks to google here's what Pimms is all about....
Pimms is a light, spirit-based blend of fine liqueurs and fruit extracts. Pimms is numbered 1-6 depending on what spirits you add to the mix, you also add fruit and ice, a very nice drink in the summer. I think we'd better do this soon as we've been told to expect an icy Artic blast at the end of the week...Sue

I haven't had a Pimms either, so I will try that too. See you both on the terrace - I've ordered good weather... LOL. :-))
