Well, he should be happy here today, at least--it got into the 70's, and I actually sat outside. Bliss....... :-)))
No, I think he came from the Boundary Waters way up north in the land of the Ojibwa and wild rice. Maybe he's better off with you, they are still having really cold--10-15 degrees in am up to mid 30's during days. We'll just have to protect and love him. He'll snap out of it as soon as the sun comes out????????? Rosie
Oh, dear, I'll have to see if I can send him home--do you think he lives On Golden Pond? (That's the one movie I remember where loons [as opposed to loonies] had an important role.). I don't want any of my flies or loons to be upset..... :-)))
This is really cool but not like any of the loons we have here in Mn.--they are our state bird and they are beautiful and have a very mournful cry. Maybe that's why this loon looks so unhappy---he misses his family.
I did Sue's pyramids earlier, and that was great, and I know that's on your agenda, as well. Have fun!
I have the large version bookmarked. Hopefully I can get to it this weekend.
I loved it, too!!! Thanks, whatnauts--now I feel better about reception it's been getting--or not getting, actually... :-D
Wowser, this is super duper :))))) Thanks, PD.
No, it's just you, Lela--you might want to speak to someone about these strange visions.........Thanks, Ardy and Kathy--a hug a day keeps the monsters at bay...or something! :-)))
Very cool! I'm off to the larger one ... maybe I'll get close enough to return the hug:-)))
I thought it was rather cross looking but it doesn't look hugable to me. Maybe it would look happier if it got some nice hugs. I'll give it one - (Hug)
Does anyone else think that the centre looks like a rather sinister creature reaching out to give us a hug.......or is it just me?.......................
Thanks for sharing that with us Pat. Now we can all have nightmares about it. LOL
Thanks, Katie and Edie--I'm glad that no one (so far) has suggested that the center looks like a rather sinister creature reaching out to give us a "hug", although I can't stop seeing that...! :-D
Fun one to solve. Thanks Pat
A very cool psychedelic loony Pat!
