Thanks Healer, it is Jenny's.
Cool photo Robbiel.
Thanks very much from Jenny and I to all of you for your nice comments. This was taken by Jenny last year, it is a coconut palm and these are very small, most of these are blown off by gales then a few turn into coconuts. She did this on macro so that is why they look like bananas.
Looked like bananas to me also ..:)
Awesome pic Robbiel . Thanks a bunch (no pun intended)
What a cool photo, Robbie!
They are pretty dramatic flowers - lovely photo Jenny!
Pretty cool!! :)
It's fabulous how much they look like bananas!! Will Jenny photograph them when they open?? Thanks so very much Robbie!!
Jenny takes some awesome photos! Thanks for sharing them with us!
A wonderful set, Robbie! Thank you!
Oh well......3 A.M.......nearly time for bed!.......
We call him the banana plant!
Looks like nanners to me too but I think they're really going to be flowers. Nanners grow in tight bunches. Robbie, can you take another photo in a week or two so we can see what they turn out to be?
Chickie those are the flowers in a palm tree near our wall!! These are very close-up, Jenny took the pictures tonight. Nothing to do with bananas, thanks. Thanks Buck.Groan!! ( Do you sleep at all?!)Yes rob, thanks. No PKH, they are small and in a palm tree. Thanks.
New bananas are very green when they are young & they usually face upwards - in Australia anyway!!
Look like nanners to me, Chickie. But we don't live in the world of the tropics! Are they bananas waiting to grow up, Robbie?
Looks like a flower spike - it's a lovely colour. Thanks Robbie.
lela, I bet you don't get much sleep. LOL
I believe the correct name is palmiiribugosiosi.........(correct me if I'm not correct)......
Cool close-up Robbie!
Are those going to be flowers or nanners?
