@pukkiepuk Thank you for stopping by to check out the barn. I love barns, especially red ones. :-) I'm glad you found it interesting, along with some other things. It is nice to meet you and I'm sorry it has been such a long time since I checked this picture on my "site," and just now found your message. It is nice meeting you. :-)
The front of the picture looks like it's been taken with a wide angle lens (but I'm no pro) And the angle of the house makes me think of someone relaxing backward on his favorite couch. I love the sunbeams peeping above that little cloud. TFS :-))
@Donnajames Thank you for stopping by, Donna. I love barn pictures too. @bjondron Thank you for stopping by. I too love barn photos and this one caught my eye. :-) Loved your comment about the " sun kissing the clouds to say goodnight."
I love the angle and distance that this shot was taken in. It gives the appearance of the barn leaning backwards and the larger view of the background landscape. I think it's beautiful to see the sun kiss the clouds as if to say goodnight.
@dbnc Thank you for stopping by and, yes, we all do seem to be like a big family and it is such FUN to do puzzles and even get to talk to folks we would never get to talk to if it weren't for Jigidi. :-)) I also LOVE barns and barn pictures and puzzles. They are such fun to work. Good to see you and I hope you have a nice day. Sorry it has taken me this long to find this. It seems I just checked my site a couple days ago, but then TIME passes so fast sometimes. :-))
We had a log cabin barn when I was little, and I remember a tornado taking the roof a mile down the road, needless to say the roof never got put back on. We had a barn like this also but it held our tractor and chickens and plants. Our log cabin barn had the corral around it for our cows and horses. The corn crib was in the log barn as well as our potato bins. Thanks for the memories.
Good to see you, Lavende, and glad you checked out the barn. I love barns and I loved your story about the haunted barn. That is so funny how brave we are when we are young. (ha) Hope to see you again soon.
In Essex there is a red barn that is haunted and as a young girl my friend and I wanted to spend the night in there but my mother said NO and when she said NO you didn't question why.I never did find out who or what haunted it.
Love the old barn. Reminds me of things I see up north where people have once lived and no longer are there anymore, they moved on to better lives or something. Thank you. Gloria
Thank you so much for stopping by Toddy and Teresa. Glad you liked this barn and the sunset. I enjoyed both your comments and hope that each of you have a very good day.
I enjoyed this puzzle, Donna! I like the sun and the clouds in this picture, and of course, the red barn! I know you love them. Thank you for sharing this one! Many hugs, my friend!
thank you for the comments on my puzzles.....Yes as far as \i know my sister is doing good....and yes the recovery will be very slow. You know at our age how long our bodies take to heal....We are not as young as we use to be although our minds trick us to think we are but our bodies tell us otherwise.........You have a great christmas and a happy healthy new year.......Linda
Thank you Ginger for stopping by and liking my latest puzzle. I saw the message and puzzle from Annie and I am sooooooo glad to see her back today. I am like you, I do not want her to overdo and I want her to get her strength back. It is so good just to see her doing some puzzles again, isn't it? Hugs to you too, my friend and I hope you are doing well also.
Donna, Ann is back on and left you a puzzle too on taunteanna's site. YEA!! So glad she is doing better now but we dn't want her to overdo. Hugs my friend, Ginger..:O))
Thank you so much for the update. I may have answered this on another picture but I really appreciate your being so nice to send my messages to Annie. I am praying each day that she will get her strength back soon and be on Jigidi again. :-)) Hope you are well also and I know it must be frustrating not being close to be with her or help her out. I hope you have a really nice day. Give her my love if you talk to her.
hello....to let you know ann is doing ok she is in rehab for a couple of weeks.....her strength is slowly coming back.....I have sent the messages to her.....She should be coming home this week my fingers are crossing too....Its hard when Im far away and cann't do anything...
Thank you, pussnboots, for giving my messages to your sister. It means a lot to me that you do that. Thank you so much and I do hope she is well soon. I know she has a way to go to get her strength back. Hugs to you and thanks very much.
I will send the message to my sister....She is doing ok but a very slow recovery. She had a major operation which of course she will tell you about....
Hey, thanks for the information. I do have a wheel and will try that sometime. I like this medium size much better than the tiny or small pieces, so that is just what I use. :-))
"I can make the pieces smaller or large by using the "wheel" on my mouse dblay ..." - what I meant there was that when I am doing a puzzle I can make the pieces smaller or larger, not when I create them. :-)
I can make the pieces smaller or large by using the "wheel" on my mouse dblay - if you don't have a 'wheel' on yours you may just try holding the "ctrl" button down and tapping either the '+' or '-' depending if you want pieces larger or smaller. Might not work but thought I'd pass it along ... Enjoy the rest of the weekend - thank you for your nice comments on the puzzles. I appreciate them.
