Oh, thank you, Dilubreuer. You must have been up in the middle of the night!!

Dilubreuer

Cute favorite! TFS Li!

joyfulli

True, Suzy., so true. If they confined themselves to eating off the ground, ti would be ok, but jumping up onto the bird feeder and stealing the bird food is not ok!!! :-|

pumpkinhead

They are cute, alright! Luckily, they just eat what's on the ground (at the moment).....but they can be a bit too curious for my liking.

joyfulli

Very true, Irene!!! They know their territory!

Jumble

Amazing, he went back as the crow flies, you had to wait for traffic.

joyfulli

They DO do a lot of damage, Irene. Grey squirrels, for that matter, can, too. We had one come down our chimney many years ago, and it chewed the bottom of the door to the basement (trying to get into the kitchen) quite nastily. We caught it in a live trap, took it about a block or two away to let it go, and it beat us back to our yard!!!

I put a dish on the ground with seed, cookies and nuts, and yes, they are messy. They
can't get on my feeders because of the new baffle I have. I have a hanging dish on
another pole with peanuts in it, they love that. Love watching them. Thanks for
the nice picture..

Jumble

We had them in our loft, when we were building an extension, they also so much damage. They are pretty though.

joyfulli

thanks, Irene. They are pesky, though. I agree with Roseheather that having them on the ground is better!!! Thanks, both of you.

roseheather

They are beautiful to see. Their eyes are so bright.

However, I prefer to feed them on the ground rather than in/on the feeders.

Jumble

A garden full on nature , so beautiful Li.
