One of my fondest memories is making the old-fashioned Hershey's fudge with my mom when I was a little girl. It's still the only fudge recipe I use - so much better than fudges made with canned milk or marshmallows. All the beating with a wooden spoon sure leaves your arm tired, but well worth the effort! ;)
I remember using the Hershey's baking chocolate to make brownies and the cocoa powder with sugar to mix with hot milk for cocoa. Thanks for the memories!
If you drive to Hershey, PA, keep your windows down. You can begin to enjoy that chocolate aroma five miles away (or so) Thanks a lot - now I have to have a chocolate break.
