busy downy woodpecker

Thank you, Celeste. I was surprise that this one didn't seem to be afraid of me as I crept slowly toward him. Usually they fly away when they see me coming. Maybe there were too many bugs in that branch to pass them up. :)

That is a pretty bird. I see so many woodpeckers around where I live just cant never catch one with the camera :) Smiles thanks for sharing PLG
