Au contraire, smllpkg - well, maybe not paint everything blue, but we came close - http://www.jigidi.com/created.php?id=9EM68SCX and http://www.jigidi.com/created.php?id=WZAZMLCD

A huge complex and so beautiful, but I'm surprised they didn't spray the trees and the grass blue! :-)

Toto

Thanks Luni and Raaike - the museum and its grounds is my favorite place in the city to spend an afternoon.

Raaike

Lots of green, it's a beautiful picture ! :-)))

Nice one Toto!

Follow it, follow it, follow it, follow the yellow brick road. ♫

Beekay

So in the autumn when these trees are all golden like your earlier photo it really would look like the yellow brick road of the Emerald city.

JC - forget summer (too hot and steamy for average visitor) and winter (too cold and icy) - spring is beautiful (but can be wet and stormy) - my choice - fall when she is swathed in color and temps are balmy and kids are in school

Hard to tell what they are from this angle, Suzy.

A new perspective on the shuttle cocks.
Great gift to the city, by the way.

Toto

It was an incredible gift to the city from the founder of the K.C Star (Nelson) and a high school teacher (Atkins), JC. Admission is free and today it has about 35,000 pieces in its collection and hosts over 500,000 visitors each year.
