Pat Benatar was definitely a rock chick, just like Suzy Quatro. That calls for a puzzle picture in your outfit, Amazonia :-)
Yeah, I was a 70's chicklet - big mustard flower prints, brown gingham, beanie hats and kilties -that was me! Lol.Speaking of original rock chicks - Wasn't this around the same time as Pat Benatar "Love is a battlefield"? ; )
Thanks Shazzaannie, Cevas and RockysRider :-)Time to make the HoF now
She's very beautiful and I remember her songs.
I love her songs but I didn't recognize her picture!! Thank you Mr. DJ !!!
I love memory lane I often find it's the best place to be. There was also her other great hit 'Holding Out For a Hero'. She was one of the original rock chicks.
Owwwwwwwwwwww that was great song, Shazzaannie... Come on, let's walk down Memory Lane.Ladieeeeeeeees and gentlemaaaaaan, heeeeeeeere is Bonnie TyyyyyyyylerDon't forget to sing the "oeh lalalalala dance" as backing vocals http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Kgr3jxU_u0
Oh I knew thais one as well. Total Eclispse - now there was a power ballard. I also remember her first hit 'Lost in France'
Very young ... 1972 that was a good year....
So you were born in 1972, Amazonia. Still young, aren't you ? :-)And she was in the charts long time indeed. This is what Wikipedia says about Total Eclips:The power ballad remains Tyler's most successful song, peaking at No. 1 in the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the United Kingdom. At its peak, it sold 60,000 copies per day, and approximately 6 million copies in total. It won the Variety Club award in the UK for best single of 1983. The song also made number 82 of VH1's top 100 love songs.
Lol, well I was about 11 when this came out - I remember it seemed like she was in the charts for months with Total eclipse. ; )
I have no list at all... I lean back, walk down Memory Lane and when I think of a band / singer, I look for an image. That's all there is to it...
No I didnt mean that I thought you may have a list or something. No matter:-)
The rating will be done according to my knowledge, Bentley. I can't look inside your head, can I?@ Amazonia: Bonnie Tyler released Eotal Eclipse of the heart in 1983. That's 1982-ish indeed :-)

Are you rating them on your knowledge or someone elses?
You'll get another chance at about 6 pm, Bentley :-)I think I shoud rate them... the easy ones with one Star (*) and the difficult ones with three Stars (***).This puzzle would be a *I even got a puzzle that I would give a **** :-)

Good morning, Bentley. Unfortunately it's not Debbie Harry. :-(And you are right again, Squishy :-) Bonnie Tyler it is. Total Eclipse of the Heart was one of her hits, but her greatest one was this.... It's a heartache.... Enjoyhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jh6KzG48f4w
