OK, I think we should have a Name Contest for the best word that combines Purple with Orange for a new fan club. Unfortunately, both purpange and orangurple sound pretty awful to my sensitive ears. We need more entries!

Katie, I hope Wendy won't mind me responding to you on her puzzle.... I certainly do love orange but I have to confess to its sharing the top spot with purple!! Perhaps I should invent orangurple!!!

Mandy and whatnauts: all that's needed for membership in the OFC is a love of orange! All are welcome! It's free!!! And you can still like as many other colors as you want - orange just has to be your top favorite. (I've been teased sometimes for loving colors in a puzzle with no orange - doesn't deter me one bit!

Mandy and whatnauts, see if Katie will let you join. She's the President and I think if you catch her in a generous mood, she'll let you join...or at least fill out the application form if nothing else. LOL

I love this! The colors are fabulous, and it manages to be both symmetrical and skewed at the same time--cool!

This seemed very difficult when I solved it but then I was surprisingly fast.

Which reminds me- I'm going to write you a longer email than the one I sent you but I honestly haven't had the time yet....but it's on my mind. :-)

The star is great. And today's flower has orange in it too.

On a side note, Katie- I wanted to make you an orange flower but when I was fooling around, I came up with this and decided that an orange star would suit you just fine. :-)
