Dodie, I lived just east of the airport, overlooking the valley south of Renton. Mt. Rainier and the Cascades were out our living room windows. It took me a long time to stop looking at the horizon for the mountains after I moved to the Midwest. :-(

We have a 11 month old Pembrooke Welsh Corgi named Lily Burnett. Your Lilly has the same soulful eyes.

Lilly is a beauty! I got my little dog from a rescue site, too. He stole my heart the very first day and follows me like a shadow. Since I've gotten to know lots of people in the rescue business, my daughter being one, I would never buy a dog again. Rescue is the only way to go if you get a reputable one. Thanks for sharing Lilly with us, joyfulli!

She's so precious, You're lucky you have each other.

She has a face like a Corgi, but she is actually a fairly good-sized dog. She seems to be mostly smooth-coated Border Collie, with a small mix of some kind of hound (identifiable only by her behavior). My former dog was half Corgi and half Sheltie. She had the short legs of a Corgi and some of the behaviors.

She has such a beautiful face, like our Ella, a Cardigan Corgi.

Thank you. I just love her. I adopted her from a pet rescue site, and she's been a wonderful part of our household.
