Thanks, that brings back old memories. I had a fleet of Lincolns. A '69 Mark III, 3 '74, '75, '76 Mark IV's, a '79 Mark V, and a '89 Town Car. The '69, '79, and '89, were all painted gray. The '74 was bronze, and the other two, '75 and '76 were both white. The Arizona really did a number on the gray paint. I got the '69 repainted, and they all just faded away in the sun. I sold the '69 and lost a lot of money. I sold the '89 to a young couple, and lost a lot of money too. The '79 I traded in on a Motorhome. It was like this one only faded gray, with a sun roof, those beautiful turbine wheels, and the top was padded gray too. It had a 400 cid engine. The Mark III and the Mark IV's all had 460 cid engines. The '89 Town Car had a 302 cid. I'll post a picture puzzle of the Bronze '74. I sold them all, and have no Lincolns today. I miss them. At least the '74 Mark IV.
you are right...thank you.
