These kaleidos are created by me using images which are freely available on several internet sites. After I have manipulated a section of the image I add texture, depth and colour changes. The software used is predominantly CorelDraw but I do use several other programmes including Kaleider and Liquib.

I hope you have as much fun solving these puzzles as I had creating them . . . :D)

Thank you Ardy . . . not a jewel in sight, diamond or otherwise . . . :D)
(it started life as a predominantly green celtic pattern until I got my sticky mitts on it . . . lol)

I had a similar problem some years ago when I first started wearing varifocals but have usually coped with prescription changes fairly quickly since. Unfortunately, I am having problems this time but I'll get there . . . :D)

I saw the 'private swearing ins' earlier on today . . . is it a public holiday in the US tomorrow?

This one and 1270 are lovely bright puzzles but my favorite tonight is 1268. It looks jewel encrusted. Are there blue diamonds? That's what this reminds me of. It sparkles. I also appreciated it's 25 pieces. Thanks, Su. I had a great time here.

Many years ago as we were ready to start on vacation I put the last suitcase in the car and went to clean off my glasses only to have them snap in two. We called the optical shop where we usually went and found there was someone there. They didn't open yet for two hours but said if we would come to the back door they would help. I was fine with the new glasses while seated and driving but when I tried to walk - oh my. I couldn't tell how high a curb was or even walk on the sidewalk without holding on the someone. Not having anything to go by they had not been able to adjust them to the accustomed angle. By the time we got home two weeks later I had adjusted but that adjustment period was frustrating and scary. So I kind of understand what you mean.

It's cold here but no snow. I think we are safe for the weekend activities - the inauguration. Not that I'll go anywhere near downtown D.C. I rarely do anyway. At least they don't do fireworks!!
Some sleep well hugs on the way across The Pond. (((HUGS))) (Wish I could come with them.)
